Long-term projects aside, can we get verification on the lag length on aimed shot torso? Is this skills supposed to always be 0-1 rounds of lag? (though it's hard to confirm even one round of lag)
And does observe make any difference at all in hunter skills being successful?
I have logs of shooting people in the chest with the "they go sailing backwards" echo, then fleeing before the next pulse of combat. Searches on "aimed shot" in the gameplay forum show others with the same problem.
