I have noticed that my whispers healing has gone down quite a bit since i started losing con even though I have wise recovery, this has occured at all stages fighting,resting, and sleeping like five or six ticks after fighting...also not sure if the other healing edges kick in on wisereovery but hell just guessing there, but I have noticed a significant drop in hp gains per tick since the con went down.

I also tested it wearing full con gear and it seemed to work fine but the wise recovery did not seem to fire even after I was calm enough to go into the guild, I did get better healing than before but nothing like when I was at full con and my wis and con are the same..
