#40101, "FOR IMMS -- Stance on posting observation exp hotspots"
|
I've temporarily hidden a post with some observation exp hotspots.
What's your stance on these being posted? Is it like hell/ST (i.e. you'll shut it / remove it, if posted), or are you ok with this?
Depending on your answer I may or may not repost the thread in question.

I don't personally have a problem with something like "Here are a few areas with lots to look at."
The staff isn't a hivemind and other people may feel differently.

I don't mind something in the form of "Lord Tabershaw's Keep -- Level 10-20" that gives people the area name and a rough idea of when you think they might get the most xp from the area. It might push people to explore some areas when they are challenging (and, of course, useful for xp) when they don't have other things to do.
Keywords and names of rooms/mobs/objects would be a bad thing though.
