It's kinda hard being orc d-o-double-me
A couple simple tweaks that might make the orc class a bit more appealing:
1)Throw a taskmaster in a couple more locations (warrens? orc dens?). The orc dens might be justified easier than kobold warrens. Maybe orcs are too cowardly to travel without their taskmaster, so there is one at most locations that have orcs. Kobold Warrens might be justified by having a taskmaster that watches over the kobolds (I think there is already an orc mob like this in there, but I havent checked in awhile so I can't remember. If there is, could he be given the ability to train/prac for orcs?).
2)Allow orcs to hide in goblin/kobold villages.
3)Allow orcs to quit in goblin/kobold villages.
3a) Allow orcs to quit anywhere they can hide?
4)Bash starts at 80%
If anyone else has any ideas for orcs, submit them in this thread!

100 in all weapon asp
Solo rank your orc, mastering all weapons and most skills. (must)
Every time I ranked with someone prior to lvl42, was a big regret.
grapple and offhand grapple is highly rated, underused.
A shig-ruh killed Obhehb, solo with no orc army or slave or wineskin
or preps. Both were at full health. No outside aid. That same orc
could have done it again as easily.
Paladin/Invoker vet combo will be your worst enemy. Summon/dispel/quicksand.. maybe a villager/duergar/sword with gates and warcry legacy.
1600hp, 80dmg, stoneskin, protection, berserk, desensitze and more will make all your enemies so-so. Quote "I secretly wish you would get raped or something. I feel like I lose IQ points everytime I look at it." Gaplemo

I know it's not in the "spirit" of Orcs, but I think it would help balance the class.

In the grand scheme of things once you get into the groove of an orc, there's no real need for shield block. I don't see how it would balance anything.

Orcs need to get all their skills. I can't say for other adaptations but I found that Mamlauks don't really come into their own until the late 40s.

Berserk gives a resistance to all damage if I am correct.
Berserk + clan thing is +30dmg
They lower an opponents morale FAST
A repisote type skill, when you get hit for enough damage, you strike back.
So. Soaks more damage. +morale you, -morale foe. Deals lots damage.
