I posted this before on the bug board but wanted to confirm. Looking through the PBF, there is no recording of any trap kills, or kills due to suggestion, i.e. reverting and dying to body damage. Not a big deal. Just thought you should know. Seems traps are owned by the planter, but the damage is owned by the person setting off the trap, and thus they get credit for killing themselves? No idea. Just never got the message I got normally when killing with normal hits.

I'm assuming its probably way too difficult to change because of the code.

You're correct.

When I made the pass through traps upgrading them to have the "good" maledictions they now do, it occured to me that this probably was the case; I didn't have a good/immediate solution at that time and lost track of the issue. Maybe Team Coder can brainstorm one now.

Please oh please fix this. One day when I have more free time I want to try another trip spamming trapper and I'm going to be totally bummed if I miss out on half my kills on my PBF.

I checked Jekor's PBF and I know traps killed him more than once, but never once in deaths said I killed them, wonder how it looks on their end.
