Can something be changed so that requested keys will respawn without the NPC being killed? This has been problematic in places like the Lost Elven Vaults, where one goodie will go through and request all the keys, then leave, taking all the keys back to the fortress or wherever, or worse yet, will quit with the keys in possession. Then a few hours later, another goodie wants to go through there, but all the keys are gone.
The High Lord's keep key experiences the same problem.
There is also a certain sleek amber rod inside a locked chest, that is opened by a key that can be requested. A goodie who has the rod may find himself in a situation where he has to kill a good NPC in order to get his sleek because someone requested that key and then walked off with it.
This used to be a problem with the key in Organia, and code was implemented so that key would respawn on the mob without the mob being killed. Perhaps the same thing could be done for other keys on good NPCs.
