I mean this as constructive as possible.
Don't you guys get the feel that you are sticking to an IMM process that absolutely was necessary in yesteryear but might need to switch it up? I feel like the higher IMMstaff is kind of like that hardened old man that doesn't want to change because of "the olden days" and "that's how he did it, and he's never going to change cause it worked".
I completely get the fact that you feel new IMM's need to put in their piece of work to show their dedication to the staff, and I do too. We don't need random crappy IMM's. But we *do* need solid IMM's asap in a declining playerbase, and I think Nnaeshuk and Borkahd have been a better presence than 70% of the current IMM's. Don't you think they deserve it by now?
Every single character I play, I just talk to them cause they're always around, and rp my ass off with them because they're so damn solid and amazing, and the playerbase as a whole is all down here drooling at the day we can follow them. If they IMM'd I bet the numbers would spike significantly with oldies coming back for a new religion. I don't think there could be one player that if you put to a vote would say they didn't think they'd both be long term, amazing, dedicated IMM's.
CF really needs some love right now, and IMMteraction is the ultimate satisfaction on this game. It'd be so cool if you let them finish their areas or whatever it is they're doing as new IMM's instead of avatars.
Hope you at least consider the point.

The entire reason I Immed was to try and make the game a more enjoyable place for the players. RP is, and always will be, my main focus.
Thanks for the kind comments, it really does make me feel good knowing that we are appreciated despite still being the 'little guys'.
I think that late nights are hurting right now in regards to empowerment and immteraction. We hope to change that soon and give you late night people some luv to!
And trust me, we are trying ----------------- "My view of Borkahd IC" If you anger him, he'll rape you to death, eat your flesh, and sew your skin into his clothing. And if you're very, very lucky, he'll do it in that order. ~Twist

We actually have changed this up in recent years, despite what the playerbase might actually see.

I think a lot goes on behind the scenes that the playerbase doesn't see regarding how progress of IMMs and AVAs is going. I'm not saying anyone is doing anything bad, just that the perception of no progress isn't always the reality.

I don't think a new religion here or there makes or breaks the game, honestly.

We want them to finish their areas too.
