Here's hoping that 2011 is better than 2010! What are your New Years Resolutions for CF in 2011?


I've got two
- Play another character to hero (it's been far to long)
- Get the area queue cleared, and the new areas in the game

Come on, guys, I'm not THAT bad of a character

To see and fight Baal (in all the lore he is such a cool and frightening bastard)

To give a real shot at a non explore character, that stays right in the thick of all the cabal wars and is more pk oriented than wandering off in some dungeon all the time

To make a druid again, and hero it. Other than an anti-paladin its the only class I haven't heroed, Gaplemo deleted just short of hero.

They've got a great toolbox to beat down opponents and even take on groups. ABS goes a long long way.

Play someone other than a mage to past 40, maybe even get a leader position. Other than that, I want to keep up the awesome RP I'm having right now, the current characters so far have been great for bouncing my role off of.

Edit: 40, I've only ever had one hero.

- Play my current one till Hero
- Get a Druid empowered
- Play somthing with less then abyssal PK scores


Well, guess I could manage the first two somehow.

Assuming an abundance of free time,

IMM-wise, I'd like to do the obvious:
- See my area through review and have it be a legitimately useful area;
- Bring back the Rising Ancient
- And get more into the "RP" of it all

Mort-wise, I'd like to do the following:
- Play a maran that can make (ab)use of the wand/stave/scroll lightforge
- Play a goodie conjurer role I've kicked around for 4 years
- Play another imperial to show again how easy it is
- Find an empowering IMM with my playtimes so I can play another outlander shaman
- Play an orc to hero
- Play a bedouin animist nexun
- Find wherever Shokai has his restaurant in Vegas and bring my family there with pics and tell my wife "THIS IS THE SHOKAI" to watch her laugh at me (I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago and totally forgot about this one).

That'll last me til 2015 (EDIT: date fixed to 2015, who am I kidding?).

Really? I'm gonna be in Vegas in a few weeks and it'd be fun to swing by.... (non-stalker hello). He doesn't play EVE still does he?

Never managed it, that and necromancer. I'm just too much into 'fun/funny' rp and deadset evil classes just feel like they don't jive well with it. I'm sure there's a sweet spot where the two cross but I've yet to hit it right.

Maybe 2011 is the year I roll my comedy lich!

Learn to play a Necro, learn rod locations, find all the stupid basic #### like reduce/enlarge/haste etc

I've got a few:

- Play a bard
- Work on playing a bit less balls to the wall in pk. It's kind of a feast or famine deal when you push the envelope. It's the best feeling when you succeed, but, when you fail you just feel stupid, because you knew better. Personally, I probably end up feeling stupid far more often than awesome.

Play a cabal other than Battle.

Maybe a mage, even.

I'm not sure if these are resolutions yet but:

-Play another hero (I haven't had one since Gnuff).
-Get in a cabal.
-Play a character over 100 hours within one year.

I'm not sure if I can pull these off, but I'll try, possibly.

I'm going to try my damnedest to not send #### talking tells or break role to point the finger at other people.
