I was curious about how this edge worked, if it was similar to Whirlwind, by dex comparison? I also was wondering if it is working as intended as I haven't noticed a reduction of bashes landing?

Flat dex and it's not a huge bonus. Basically, your dex always provides a small minus to the roll for a bash to hit you -- MT makes that number a little bigger.

That this edge is a small % like say 5%.
Which is very hard to notice without really running some serious serious numbers.

Also I don't think it affects lag from bash at all. Only chance for the bash to land.
