dodge, parry, evade? Straight class not stats/other skills/etc.

Seems I remember reading that somewhere but can't find the info. I could be mixing this up with a different game though.

But I've known other muds, like Riftshadow to have that.

That is to say, all classes have a base operating efficiency at certain skills Re: parry, dodge, and shield block

I don't know if CF has this. It certainly wouldn't surprise me considering the way it seems to work. (Arial warrior vs ap vs necro with only parry practiced)
(I also wouldn't be surprised if some imm said no, and later turned around and said yes, seeing as how some bits of Riftshadows version of that. Where found in rather strange and unrelated places)

That being said. I have no clue, just speculation!

It REALLY seems like I parry better with a transmuter with 71 parry than I ever did with a conjurer with 100 parry. Similar results with warrior versus conjurer and such. Obviously, it could just be perception and RNG. Granted, a lot of old CF wives tails have been debunked lately. Everyone thought that there were sweet spots for conjuring before, but that was debunked, so perhaps this will be too?

you have weapon selection as well as possibly defense boosting bufs in play comparing muters to conjies.
