Right now casting items (ring with lightning bolts, necklace of prayer beads) worn by hero healers almost don't do damage on PC. Is it by design or bug?

I had a weapon with ave 30 which once became to have ave 6. Was strange. I prayed about it and some IMM fixed it back.

Lightning does funny stuff underwater.

Oh well.
