So I saw some rumors about how to upgrade Bedouin.
It's hard to pk with them - what about, specifically for the savage part of it, changing savage blow to a lower level so it's more viable at low levels?

as a goodie village ranger bedouin explorer that was built only to explore and try to obtain some pieces of gear nobody had ever used before I had no trouble PKilling.
You don't need snare or bearcharge or savage blow to ambush dervishdance and kill people and your 2 hour dirt kick makes you super strong when fighting vs other rangers if you are able to employ it.
I would wager I put up 40 kills in roughly 50 hours while heroing and exploring. I was also able to handle some really rough area explores outside of the wild with the combo.
keep in mind as a villager I couldn't take the dervish dance edge which is really really nice (it has a spell prereq)
If you do go bedouin I strongly recomend taking the explorer route, being able to have improved dirt kick in a wider variety of areas is really clutch, so is having very relaible creep/camo everywhere.

The problem is mostly that their wilderness skills fail a LOT. You can't creep. You are sitting there twiddling your thumbs. I'm hiding, I'm hiding, and then WHAM that necro comes up and sleeps you. That's the biggest problem with them. You have to hit in camo;ambush;camo;ambush just to make sure you get an ambush in because you won't camo every time.
If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be along that nature.

That isn't the best way to discover whether you are camouflaged or visible.
I didn't think bedouin was any harder to play than any other wilderness type, but the areas given to desert wilderness are less interesting and lower traffic.
