#35910, "Scion"

I know I've been actively praying for about the last 30 hours, I also know I'm not the only long standing app.
Whats going on with Scion? Is there no one currently assigned to watch over it?
No leader, no inductions since the leader took a dive. It's like the cabal is closed or something.
Signed, one sad scion applicant.

Perhaps you could implement a forced sleep,

There is more than one person that watches over Scion, but we're all also busy with real life.
Personally, I give priority to those that I interview and observe as applicants if they don't wait until level 51 to pledge. Guessing who this is, though, I did try to interact with you as a mob a week ago--the last time we were on at the same time--to start something but you missed/ignored it.

I appreciate the reply, though I can't fathom why I would intentionally ignore some sort of attempt to interact with me.

There have been several times, too many to count, where I will build a dream sequence for a character, only to have them wake up after the first few messages.
Sometimes, if they go right back to sleep, I will let them get back into the dream.
Most of the time, they just ignore it and go on their way.
If someone lets it pass without trying to rp it out, I probably won't go out of my way for that particular character again. For all I know, they don't want any immteraction.

That and I'm not really sure how to "roleplay" with a dream. Say something profound? Roll around uncomfortably in your sleep? Snore real loud?
They always seemed like one way interaction streets to me. Thror did a really good one with me for Trewyn as the end result of a con quest I did. But it had like umpteen hours of pre-interaction with him as Hildebaran or what ever that guy's name is, and the defender guy in the village and some cameo appearances of him as himself. And I only got 1 or 2 con... yeah. Thanks
I have really kick ass awesome dreams every night, but I don't talk about them to people. The really neat ones I write down as best as I can remember. They almost never evolve into actual stories. The most interaction I do with people involving dreams are if they were in it, I just say I had a dream with you in it. And that's usually where it ends.

That also transfers the 'victim' to a safe place so he can't be disturbed. Temporarily shutting down the food/drink timer would help too. When you're done you just forcewake the victim, which returns him to where he was.
That way the needs of either side are satisfied. You get to finish your sequence and they don't have to be on highalert while it happens.

Huh. Must have not been paying attention then.
I won't deny that I have a nasty habit of going AFK while sleeping in obscure places. So its not impossible that I could have blatently missed something like that.

Is that you need to use color in these because there are a lot of random area affects, room messages, scrying echos etc. that can get ignored as useless and if your immteraction startup doesn't significantly differ (I.E. Color) from all the other random spam, it can get missed.
