Isn't there a "Fair Speech" clause written in there somewhere?

Akin to the Paladin codes speech clause?

Are these ever enforced? If not, shouldn't they be taken out of the game?

Can't remember what exactly is in the hall of light, but I do know there's a clause about "not becoming what you fight".

"Take care not to become what you hunt, for if you do, you will find
the wrath you once called upon... called down upon you."
