So is this edge currently broken or has it been nerfed into being pointless? That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.

Neither (it hasn't been changed) but I don't think it does what you think it does.

But I suppose it could have to do with my character build rather than the edge it's self.

Because I'm not accusing Nep of lying.
I have been repeating the line "I don't buy it" in several posts now. It's meant to be a play off the first one in which some one decided to break out with a lesson in pshychology. In other words it's a joke.
What's more, I clearly state above that it I could be seeing a difference based on different character builds. On a side note: A lot of people seem challeneged when it comes to differentiating between a telling lie and giving erroneous information thought to be true.

I highly doubt anyone thinks you're telling jokes.

it's not okay to base judgments on somebody's past behavior? Don't you do that all the time? Aren't you promising to do that in the future by ignoring people? Your #### stinks too, dude. Splntrd

I noticed that with the edge I do not take nearly as much damage from a tail smash or bite, but other than that doesn't seem to do a whole lot other then a teeny tiny bit of enhanced damage against the various wyrms I battled.

It used to be alot better, on past characters I rarely got bitten, tail swiped, buffeted etc. Now it seems they all hit me pretty much. Something definately changed. Doesn't seem worth it now considering it's kind of expensive. That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.

I wouldn't take it again either.
It was nice when it first came out, but getting bit every 4TH round vs every 3rd round doesn't seem worth it.

So they definately nerfed it then? Just thought maybe it might be broken. Wish they would lower the cost then. That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.
