... Skydance, the edge. Does it help every time you're flying? Or only in rooms that are "open air" like between a certain mounain and a ceratin city and over a certain river etc?

Never taken it to test it since it's so damned expensive.

Always shoot first and then call whatever you hit the target.

Flying + outdoors (not inside, not underwater, etc.)

Think the help file says "open air".

Edit: This doesn't mean you have to be in a room you'd have to be flying to enter. It just means you're not indoors. If you enter the "weather" command and can see the weather then Skydance should work.

At least, that's how I've always understood it.
