1. I'd say go Shaman and try that route with the changes olde D is making. Sounds fun and I think I will.
2. Wives and CF have never mixed except for a few lucky guys here. Even though the names free I'd cut ties and try a different angle on what you had before.
3. What the ****, How do you get MOLD in your Lungs? Cigs? Weed? Leaky pipes in the walls?
What kind of Mold IS it, I freak out about this stuff and I wanna make sure I don't also have mold in my lungs. I've know about the mold in my brain now for years though....

Down from 240 to 205. Shooting for 195 again. I haven't been under 200 in....12 years?
Oh and that mold in your lungs is called death. Make a will if you're going to play CF.
Otherwise get out in the sun and breath fresh air.

Loosing weights never an Easy thing, I know we CFers have talked about it for YEARS now.
I remember my Middle/High school days of 285+, Topped out at 305 Senior year.
That was roughly 12 years ago, and I took things extreme and went down to 145 (5'11 only).
Noticing as I enter those dreaded 30's the weights coming back, Damn marriage and the Ben and Jerry's Ice cream.
My CF days now don't start till after a Run with the dog, and god I'm better for it.

Did that have an effect on your skeletal structure?

Think of the last few characters you played and try to remember what types of builds gave you the most trouble and see if any of them sound interesting. Similarly, think of a build you think is "way over-powered" and play it yourself, then see if you still think it's as easy as it looks.
If you're not a mage player, try a mage and judge the ABS system for yourself. If you never play empowerment classes, give it a shot, if you can find a religion you might like.
Or, if none of that sounds like your cup of tea, pick a build you have played before and "refine" it. Try to decide how to improve on it and/or use the knowledge you gained to play it better, or in a different cabal, etc.
