What about adding heal sanctuary to healers in towns?
For a high cost of course, I think this would add a cool new tactical aspect of the game.

Extend the decay period on assorted hacked bodparts from pc corpses to 40 ticks or so. Would make it interesting to taunt people/prove that you killed someone to collect a reward.
