Why the interest in Holtzendorf? He's been gone for I'd guess 12 years. I was his last follower with a dwarf healer named Gergran way back in college. I believe he died when Zulghinlour cleaved him in half as I recall as far as story line goes.

Decided against it when I realized how mechanically hard the character was.

Holtzendorff the Highland Soulforge was killed I think by Zulghinlour in one of the Imm Battle Royales.

I don't have a description saved anywhere. As best as I can remember, he had green, jade colored skin with gray horns like that of a minotaur protruding from his head. His beard and hair were also matted, tangled, filthy (blood, food, etc), and gray-colored, but it wasn't clear if it was a dirty white, dusty black, or just naturally gray. As an Imm he typically was seen wearing a steel and leather loincloth and wielding a white double-bladed axe.

The religion (mark of the Gray Horn) involved the spheres of Spirit, Purity, and Combat. The idea was that of a close-knit group of holy warriors of neutrality. Things such as charity and good works prevented a spirit from becoming strong and pure, as did wanton violence and deception corrupt the spirits of others. There was more, but that's the gist of it.
