I know that your skill in assassinate effects the chance of improvement. I assume intelligence is a factor. What other factors effect that chance of improvement?

Well, you don't learn from your mistakes on assassinate, so you need to engineer situations where you have the best chances possible of it landing before it will improve.

- Your intelligence (INT). - The natural difficulty of learning the skill. - Your level. - Your age. Older characters learn more quickly. - Your current skill. It becomes harder to improve as you get closer to mastery (100%).
