#30457, "Quest with Brianna?"
|
Is this quest with Brianna disabled?
I brought required item (name of the item matches for 100% with what is required in quest) and nothing happened. Unsure if there are two absolutely same items (I don't think so, never seen another one).
I'd give more details, but guess it's not a good idea, and in game I didn't ask (because usually immortals are sending me to the bug/gameplay forum).
Thanks in advancement, hope I didn't reveal too much information.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this one because this isn't where we discuss quests.

That way the imms can decide what needs to be edited before it is shared.
I think I know what is preventing you and it is not a bug.

Not a bug?
She says, 'If you have a certain_item, give it to me and you will be rewarded'. Same item pointed in the quest. And nothing happens when I give it to her. So, if it's not a bug, it's a matter of gameplay?

Not every quest shows up in "quests". And that being the case, think about what might have gone wrong.
That is neither a bug nor a gameplay issue, imho.

Yeah, sorry. I haven't done the quest for a long time, but thinking back now, I reckon you probably aren't giving her what she's asking for. Reckon that you are giving her what you think she is asking for (assuming that she's asking you for the item just before you hand it to her, rather than long before, in which case I think something else is at play).
By way of example... the quest to become a member of the tower. Two things that look the same are not necessarily the same. Another example might be the ring of Telenius. I think that is differently flagged, but someone asking for a ring of Telenius might mean the healing kind and not the non-healing kind, if you see what I mean.

Sure - I can get the ring, but someone else wants it?
Woowee! A quest to look for!
Or are you just giving a "for instance"... and there's no hidden quest for me...
