As the Death_Angel is broken I guess PBFs are to. Though as I am a big fan of getting my PBF after I delete or die with a char I was just wondering that if/when it gets fixed will it only work for chars made after it's been fixed?

Probably only for characters deleted after it's fixed.

Every character that has been deleted in the 5th age should be valid. PBFs should be availalbe for all those who meet the criteria (level 30+). The graveyard is another story, and there will be folks who have deleted who don't show up in the graveyard. This is one of the next things on my list of things to get back.
