- Some resistance to spells/communes/powers/etc. in general (although if this is what you want, Calming is probably better)
- A lot of help making mental saves
- A lot of help making paralysis saves
- Some resistance/DR to mental damage.

Does save v para help vs blackjack?
If so, is it likely to be better to wear a sturdy helm or something nice for save vs para? (We'll ignore the possibility of wearing the helm of freedom which is probably both.)
