Someone, on some other site, claims bards have been "tuned down quite a bit lately" though this person has so far refused to provide any support for that statement, or description of how. Simply saying it is so.

I'm not aware of any recent changes.

He just wants to leave himself a back door because he probably didn't go around digging for information about bards being changed. Dunno how likely it is that someone nerfs bards and Nep doesn't get to know about it.

I would have to take some time doing source diffs and other assorted digging to give a definitive yes or no, and I just don't care that much.
