I think it would be unlikely. It's easy to add functionality that does this (similar to what was added to change the experience bonus), but I think that's enough. I honestly don't want to see people hero with perfect stats in a weekend. At that point, we really are just POS. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

The way I see it is, with few exceptions, you can always log on solo and work on your skills.
You can't always log on solo and get a group, and the major help of double XP time isn't directly the double XP, it's a temporary upsurge in people who want to level.

I don't really like it since there are characters that take time levelling and working on skills, and then some other guy could just gets a decked out perfected hero over the course of a weekend. Seems like it would also discourage rp even more. The double xp is really more useful for the level 40+ characters I think, since they need the bonus more for ranking and their skills are pretty much set.
