May I suggest that if tribunals do not have their item, things like the patrolling guards on eastern dissapear?

Those are funded by the merchant guilds of Hamsah & Thera to keep trade moving between the cities (and things like Imperial Roadblocks cleared out). There are many ways around the eastern road if those particular guards are your problem.

Did not know that particular aspect of their use Then it is a good thing. It has never really been a problem, but I just thought it would be a neat addition to tribs losing their item. However, if they arent trib mobs then it is void.

Those guards aren't part of Tribunal so uh yeah. They're just lawful mobs. Any lawful mob will attack someone who is WANTED regardless of Tribunal's item.
