Voodoo: Now that healers have that heal from a distance ability how about a harm from a distance ability for shaman. At global ranges maybe just have it do some damage, when done from the same area perhaps do damage and have a side affect like get tripped if you geta pin in the leg or bleeding for a tick or two, minor things but extra snazy.
Conceal Aura: The evil bastards that they are, evil shaman can disguise the aura those using detection spells see. Making an evil shaman appear goodly at a glance. This could have some fun rp lines and also could affect things like angels/demons weather or not npc healers will heal you and so on, though it is after all just a disguise so all spells that take moral into consideration should stay the same.
Power word purtify: Covers the victim with a putrid odor that causes them to gag and vomit (like a short duration emetic) and also can contaminate food and drink containers on the victim (giving them plague/poison if they eat them) and temporarily putrifys potions (potions out in inventory will give plague/poison if quafed within a few ticks of getting blasted by this)
Alz heimers: Victims hit with this prayer suffer from a partial lack of memory. this would be like using berserk, a flat skill percentage drop across the board less so on perfected things.
Total Darkness: The room is filled with total darkness, everything in the room at the time stops glowing for a while and the room gets tagged dark so you need to use infra vision or sharpen sight or something along those lines.
