Is Fluid Deception only applicable to the 'FEINT' command? Or is it stackable with edges (ie backhand has an edge that sometimes feints - would fluid deception work with that also?)

Would fluid deceptions automatic feinting stack with evasion? Could you use evasion in place of feint for the full benefits of the legacy? And does fluid deceptions automatically attempt to feint all persons fighting you, or just the person you are directly fighting?
