#24495, "Three questions!"

First, the edge familiar agility. Either it may not work or it has no local echoes (or its just very rare). Any way to get echoes iif or when it fires?

Second, could we get any immperspective into dismissal since there have been many theories over the years ( my own being: use more mana to ensure success)? The problem with my theory is that even using enormous amounts of mana have just ended badly. In the end I have just avoided dismissal altogether, but perhaps there could be a change of mechanics or incentive...

a) make it have more success on self conjured servitors
or
b) if you dismiss your servitor it cuts the remaining duration in half.. ie, the archon has 30 hours left and after you dismiss you can call another in 15 hours.

or both a and b?

Third and last, with ticks being more on track and quicker any thoughts to look into and review spell durations and hunger/thirst frequencies? I know this affects conjies a decent amount since 50hours on a servitor used to last decently longer than it will now?

Is it turning you into a decent tank? Is your familiar out too much of a liability? Any logs?

I played a mid-bie ap recently who I left to auto, but he ranked up with an evil conjie. That evil conjie's familiar was able to tank mobs that we were killing for 800 exp or so per pop. Typically the familiar would tank for a couple, then I (an ap) would do one, then the thief (I think) would do one, the familiar a third, and then we'd rest. The familiar was a pretty good tank, even before he took warded familiar edge (which I didn't really notice the difference from). But maybe the conjie did.

Still to be decided, but I was hoping for a slightly more noticeable affect. Now, warded familiar and warrior familiar are wonderful but it depends on the player. I like to utilize the familiar directly in pk and for tactical reasons... some people like it purely for pve. There are some familiars that I probably wouldn't bother taking one or the other for it if I got them.

You get an echo when you dodge something. It works like dodge.

It depends. A servitor that wants to murder you can be harder to try to send home. For best results, you probably want to use the kind of mana you spent conjuring it.

I don't see a need for either of these.

I don't see how this is different in any meaningful respect.

Consider also that longer timers are a double-edged sword.
