Since herald just hasn't supported the numbers for several years now to expect to be able to find one, why not just make the lyceum open to everyone? I can't stress enough the years in the first sentence.

I'd settle for just making the vouch duration longer.

Basically, if you're actually *reading* the stuff in there, one vouch isn't long enough to get through the whole thing.

If you're really worried about people spamming stuff in there, just impose harsh penalties on people who do.
