- This legacy was created before the 'armor use' skills were implemented. IMHO, it would make more sense if this legacy greatly increased the odds of armor absorbing a blow instead of straight damage reduction.
- With a set of decent eq I have yet to notice anything with this legacy. Searching for posts, it seems this legacy keys on the AC stats of the big armor slots, it ignores -AC and spells/skills. That is fine, but to see no dam redux with my gear makes me think I have to get purely defensive gear (like titanium bracers) or have a full set of uber-limited.
If gearing for defensive is required then the legacy is worthless because my char's offensive punch is weakened enough that the net gain with the legacy is zero.
Highly limited gear should not be needed either as this is not the way other legacies work. I can think of 1 that requires heavy weapons, but that is an easy requirement to meet. Legacies are meant to be turned on with minimal effort.

If I designed it today, I probably would go that way.
However, I think it's an interesting legacy as-is and I see no reason to remove that option.

Your character is currently experiencing significant damage reduction. I can say this without knowing who you are because only a few warriors have it, and they all are.
Definitely this was not, as is, a junk legacy pick for you.
