#20506, "True or False: Disarm + Mobs"


  

          

Is the exact level differential at liberty to discuss for the success rate of disarming a mob dropping off?

For instance, disarming mobs to use their weapons or rank. Is the success rate close to zero when the level is a certain amount of levels higher than you all other factors being equal? 8? 10?

One of the few times I don't think we'd need Nep/Zulg to settle it for us because its just so easy to tell by spamming disarm on a mob. Don't really need the numbers in this case... just try it on a mob.

I'm sure it's a sliding scale. And I wouldn't expect an exact formula to be forthcoming.

The few times I've had to disarm mobs that were higher level than me (usually a certain anti-paladin guildmaster or paladin ship captain) I saw something around a 20-30% success rate with disarm perfected and both of us wielding swords.
