Is it supposed to require so much observation experience? In my mind I assumed it would be a low level skill like improved consider, but at this point I've gotten lore up to 91% based on observation xp improves and I still don't have it. Waaa. Seriously though is it supposed to be a lot of obs exp, or is it's cost? a little out of whack? Just wanting someone to take a look and decide if it's where you guys wanted it or not since it's been in for a while.

I have no idea what your OXP gains have been, but I recently played a throw away low level character just to eat up some down time, and I had improved compare and improved consider by level 15. And that is from just exploring sub 20 level Areas.

Improved consider comes early. I reckon I've normally got it by level 20.
