I remember that exact encounter - what a night! You even remembered Warborfs hearing loss.

CF has never been more fun for me than the days of Warborf and Tahren.

And you're right, the Tahren days were the most fun I've ever had playing CF. Don't get me wrong, they were at times frustrating as hell. But some combination of character depth, interactions with other great characters like Warborf, and living, breathing immortals like Thror. Throw in some internal strife in the Village during a time of change. It was the perfect CF storm.

After that I played an MMORPG (Dark Age of Camelot) for the first time. I don't even remember what class I was. But here I am, working on 10 years later.....still playing CF when I can.

Funny, that.

Bah, I miss DAOC. I used to play a lot. Now you got me thinking about starting it up again....
