I'm not sure if it's already in place, but could you make it so shop keepers get money gradually over time? If it is in place, would it be possible to give it a significant boost?
As it is currently, I can make about... 50k directly after a crash, if the mud is unstable, I can load my bank account up with a quater of a million quite easily. However, when the mud has been up for days at a time, I can barely scrape enough together to buy a recall potion.
So would it be possible to give shoppies a certain amount of gold per day? Perhaps shoppies in busier areas, such as Galadon could earn more than others, and as a sacrifice make shoppies keep their current amount of gold after a crash or reboot?
Just an idea, thanks.

You really must be doing something wrong. I suggest loring EVERYTHING you pick up, sometimes values can be surprising. Remember treasure type items also have a higher barter value. Things like gems, gold items, etc. Bartering will also give you more improves in haggle, more commerce xp and therefore more edges, as well as the commerce skills. Lore can also increase the value of said item, thus making it better for bartering.
I seldom actually use coins for anything anymore, and usually carry a few light and semi-valuable items for things like potions and healers. I suggest playing an Outlander character. It will open up a whole new world for you in regards to bartering for things. It really was quite an experience for me. I used to be a die hard seller of items to shoppies. Now I barter my butt off.
In case I hadn't mentioned it, I'm very glad the imms added bartering, and tip my hat in a big way to whoever added it.

The only reason to accelerate the rate they regenerate cash is if the imms think the economy is broken or there is not enough currency in circulation.
I've never had problem scraping up enough gold to buy a return and I suspect you are exaggerating the direness of your situation.

Im pretty sure that shoppies do get cash back as time goes on. What you have to keep in mind is other people use the shopkeepers to sell as well. Then again, i could be wrong on it all, but thats just what ive experienced.

The only way to do this and it be balanced would be to have shopkeepers start out at what they would earn in a day. No more 50k in gold after a crash.
