22 int, 25 dex and it has gone up twice in 95 hours. Almost all solo ranking on perfect match mobs or better that do "moves" of some kind. They aren't just mindless meat mobs.

That's in about 35 hours without level skill improvement. I think it's improving more than when it was first implemented.

Its just an ultra tough skill to improve because of how often it gets called.
