Welp, I'm out to sea, and its boring, so I was reading some wikipedia articles on big cats, cause their F-ing cool, and I thought up a new shifter form. Disclaimer: My total shifter experience is all of 27 levels with a drow shifter. Had a sweet role, but man, did I suck at that game. Here goes.

Cougar/Catamount/Mountain Lion
4th tier Utility
Good but not great in both offense and defense
Susceptible to intimidation/fear and bashing
Regular bite attack
Camo/Creep/Ambush(less powerful than a jaguar)

Scream of the Catamount- A demoralizing scream to anyone in the area, only works in wilderness areas, more powerful in mountain areas/caves, because of the echoes reverberating through the air.

Neck bite- Skill similiar to disembowel, though slightly less succesful. Maybe can be used to initiate on severley wounded targets.

Jump- In certain places, the catamount does not need to be flying in order to leap up(Talshidar caves is one I can think of) or over(Hamsah outskirts) certain areas you would normally have to be flying to cross. That, or make it a dash like skill, ie jump w bite target.

I was just thinking how catty a disembowel style skill would be for big-cat forms. Nice idea.

But I wouldn't make it any kind of instant-death skill. What I would do, is make it an attack that has a fair chance to fail while they're healthy and does more damage when they're hurt. Sort of an attack of opportunity on a weakened opponent. Something you likely can't do while slowed/too weak and would fit nicely on teh overpowered jaguar

Yhorian

Edit:
Gut: A swipe at a foes abdomen that is more effective when they're weak.

Yeah, that's better, yours and Abernyte's. I was thinking neck bite for the mountain lion, cause that's what they do, they bite your neck to kill you. While a jaguar actually tries to crush your head with its bite(strongest of the big cats).
