I drew that one up (with some extra restrictions) a while ago. (Actually it probably would be implemented as two separate edges for various reasons.) The opposite of thinned bloodlines, sort of.

We haven't decided yet if it'll actually be implemented and if so, when, though. Having done a big batch of generals my guess is we'll go back to a class or two next.
