I think that waking someone trying to sleep right outside your cabal, when they are trying to retrieve,raid, etc, is a very valid thing to do. Especially if you are not in their PK range. It gives someone that is trying to defend something to do other than standing there and looking dumb. And there is no Lag in being annoying in real life, which is basically all waking people up is. Yes I know it hurts your healing, but if you are raiding my cabal, I will do anything I can to stop you from healing quickly. And so it goes...
