Are some very powerful skills in the right circumstances...
Killsealer, 5-6hit flurry with less lag and weapon drop and the anti blah.

I suppose there is no easy solution to balance the weakness that is felar antipaladins. Giving up the ability lag your opponents without sleeping them(you dont want charges from those who dont fly at the start) Not being able to take use of the antipaladin weaponspecs unless you sacrifice the use of ironhands or time it very very well(thats me) just to be able to dual wield claws after the vault combo.....

Its a low int high dex class with decent con. Cheap mans high dex antipaladin? Well if it is... its hard to take advantage of the specs thought we could always just pick one and stay with it the majority of the time.
