what about substitute aegis with resist negative to resist positive for evil healers ?
greate changes was done with all healers so why do they have the same resists ?

In addition to what Nepenthe said, it's fully intentional that evil healers are not strictly as powerful as good healers on paper. (They do profit some from the fact that the evil-only classes skew offensive, which makes them better healer groupmates than say, a paladin.) I wouldn't expect any special favors thrown their way.

The healer class could easily be renamed "Guys what do things with positive energy." I don't really see them handing out resistances to it, and you're lucky that resist positive doesn't reduce healing (yet).
