I've done some experimenting regarding this skill with other mariners. And I've come to the conclusion that netcasting doesn't exactly work like a water snare. As that's what I thinking it'd be. It's just a trap that damages whoever walks through the room first? There's no snaring effect at all? Or do I just still suck with setting the nets?
Also it seems that the net gets entangled in on itself more often than not. Though that part is just probably perception.
