I noticed after I added civilized and indoor to my prompt it became enormous. Would it be possible to have an option of abbreviating these in the prompt like (civ) (wild) (in) (out) or if it's possible could somebody explain how it's done.

I won't go into great detail, but design your prompt so that the keywords of interest will be unique to your prompt, and substitute it with the desired string.
