I've noticed as far as cabals go your cabalmates and even cabal mobs are always treated as in your group WITH one exception your healing songs effect them like they were bystanders which from what I've seen just doesn't mesh with the way the rest of the songs act, Maybe this is a oversight or perhaps theres a specific reason I'm willing to accept any answer just seemed weird that I can Bagatella but I can't heal him up after.

I just double-checked and you're mistaken; they're treated by the healing songs as by anything else.
Of course, you're also talking about mobs that have thousands and thousands of hit points.

All your beneficial bard songs affect your cabal inners/outers, just as if they were not in your group. Which means, yes.. even healing songs, but to a lesser degree as if they were in your group.
