Has there ever been any consideration to allowing the first to be picked at 30th with the second being pushed back to perhaps the 50th?
Pros Cons? Yeas Nays?

I don't see this happening. Warriors are plenty strong already at 30.
Legacies were something we dreamed up to make warriors more interesting/competitive in hero range.

I just don't see any need to give them a power boost at level 30, and if you did, legacies would probably need to be toned down to avoid being grossly overpowered. Take for example +200 hp - at hero that's around a 20-30% boost. At level 30, it becomes closer to a 50% boost.

Do you think that would make a huge difference?
And there are bash protections pre-30.
There is two Legacies that are a strike against.
More cons than pros?
