What about allowing players to lag mobs? I think it's only fair

Hey since many mobs do new nasty moves...

They're worth more XP than the usual. Also, the generic class-simulating code hasn't been touched in a long time, so they aren't "new" nasty moves.

Allowing PCs to lag them would be an absolutely horrible game balance decision. Nearly any group of three PCs could indefinitely lag a lone NPC who takes no precautions other than putting up a couple standard class abilities.
