It's a minor gripe. But, as far as I know, any attempts made to change it shouldn't begin consuming large amounts of time on the part of the staff, either. Thus I wondered if I could raise some support for this idea amongst any and all staffmembers.
About cosmetic changes to the naming of intelligence tiers - 'Super-genius' seems a bit out of place in my opinion, having an aura of sci-fi rather than medieval fantasy surrounding it rather fiercely. Also, 'genius' strikes me as being a bit out of place on those races which only manage to reach the tier by merely a single point, and perhaps even by two points.
As such, I would personally suggest that from 'incompetent', 'slow' and 'average' the tier of 'genius' becomes replaced by 'intelligent' and that 'super-genius' is replaced by 'genius'. This would more accurately reflect the supposed average level of intelligence amongst the various races with the average intelligence of humans being used as the basis for comparison. Which in turn seems to make sense to me since humanity is still described as the most common sentient species to dwell 'Thera'.
For some reason I'd also enjoy seeing human warriors that do not choose intelligence as their prime statistic being classified as 'intelligent' at best, there where human mages would widely be considered 'genius' thinkers.
Blame the old 'Wizards & Warriors' mentality which apparently still lingers somewhere deep inside of me. Here's to hoping this suggestion will be able to make The List somewhere, sometime.
