#12523, "Question on Trapping legacy"

I have always wondered whether the weight amount on this legacy activates at a certain point, or whether the damage amplifier gradually goes up as the weight goes up. It is very hard to test, because once you have trapping, you can't test a weapon with and without trapping.
Either way, what is the weight at which trapping starts to work? I notice a lot of 19 lb 15 oz weapons out there, and was thinking maybe trapping started at 20. For the record, I'm not playing anything close to a trapping character right now, but I have been wondering about this since I played Kardok and couldn't figure it out with him.

I don't remember the numbers offhand, but it's a non-entirely-linear sliding scale. I don't think you'd get very much out of a weapon as light as 20 pounds though.

That would be why I had so much trouble figuring out what the starting point is for Trapping. Thanks a bunch.
