What if the special guards of the Tribunal dealt damage at a level comparable to the one they are fighting rather than the PC who called them?
I've long been annoyed that hero level special guards can decimate a mid-level char in one round leaving no time for any fleeing/roleplaying/ etc.. Especially amongst outlanders or others who are raiding/retrieving while wanted. It can effectively eliminate the only available tactic of hit and run when retrieving against overwhelming odds. And I don't think it's in anyones best interest to make it impossible to retrieve. This should also apply to Centurions from the Empire and beasts called by Outlanders
This might be too hard to code and it's not meant to cripple anyone, but when you get 2 or 3 hero tribbies around with guards, it's not pretty. Nor for that matter are back to back sets of Centurions.
