Frankly, it looks like you allowed yourself to be stalked for an extended period of time, which is how she's blocking all your flees in martial trance. Don't be in the same area as a non-friend assassin would be the advice.
Check where often and bail if this happens. Use potions of word and teleport. I think the setup here was you two stayed in town for a while and then you ventured out. That's the worst possible scenario for you.
Also, judging by your 85% at shield block, your skills need improvement. Generally, at hero levels you better have 100s in all critical skills (ones you use in combat).
Granted, the latter advice is not as important as the first one.

Do you have an idea of how many stalk he did to be able to block escape?
